Global Gastronomer Mark Moriarty (Diageo Chef in Residence) will share insights on how effective this concept has been for him at the two Michelin stars holding Greenhouse Restaurant in Dublin.
In this workshop Mark Moriarty & Richard Gillam will provide expert tips and best practices on how to design menus, along with inventive and mindful recipe inspiration to create ultimate food and cocktail moments and win dining occasions.
Mark Moriarty is a former San Pellegrino world young chef of the year and is listed on the Forbes 30under30.
